This is a fixed-term position for one year, offering a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in shaping young people's learning.
As part of our school community, you will work in an environment that champions excellence, inclusion and high expectations for every learner. Under the guidance of teaching and senior staff, you will deliver targeted support programmes that help pupils access learning, thrive in the classroom and reach their full potential. A key focus of this role will be initiating and implementing literacy support plans, making a real and lasting impact on learners who need it most.
We are looking for someone with a good standard of education, a strong understanding of children and young people's needs and rights, and experience of working with children. Most importantly, you will bring enthusiasm, patience and a genuine commitment to supporting our pupils.
