Job Purpose -The College views the safety and wellbeing of its residential students as crucial in their overall learning experience and as such, this role will be responsible for the overnight care, welfare and security of the residents.
The Glanrafon Hostel Warden is responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and supervision of learners, primarily aged 16-18, with some over 18, during overnight shifts. This role includes a 5-hour 'sleep in' period, during which the employee will be 'on call' in case an emergency arises. The Warden will address any safety concerns, report issues to the line manager promptly, and liaise with parents or guardians when appropriate, fostering a secure and supportive environment for all residents

- 28 days leave per annum, rising to 32 days after 5 full holiday years' continuous service (01 September to 31 August).
