This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional candidate to work as part of a successful team at High Cross Primary School. The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, innovative and inspirational teacher.

The successful candidate will be committed to teaching and learning of the highest standards, to further the success of our primary school and ensure the best opportunities are provided for all pupils.
Whilst it is expected that this post will be within Progression Step 2/3, we strongly encourage applicants who can confidently teach across the 3-11 age range.
We are looking for somebody who:
• Is an outstanding practitioner who can further enhance the excellent teaching and learning standards at High Cross
• Is innovative, reflective and flexible in their approach
• Is passionate about providing authentic learning opportunities for all children through an inspiring, creative curriculum
• Is able to identify areas of improvement and contribute creatively to help to continue to improve our school
• Is a committed team player and role model with proven ability to lead, challenge and empower children and colleagues
• Is enthusiastic, motivated and caring
• Has the ability to build on the excellent relationships that have been established with our pupils, families,cluster and wider community
• Is passionate and committed to continuous professional learning for themselves and others
• Possesses excellent communication and personal skills.
The appointment process will involve an interview with members of the school leadership team and a lesson observation.
