Join our dynamic team at Bridgend College as a Work-Based Learning Trainer specialising in Leadership and Management. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, delivering, and marking/assessing flexible, high-quality training programmes that meet the needs of both internal and external partners. Your engaging and motivational delivery style will inspire learners, while your proactive approach will help forge new employer partnerships and drive the continued growth of our Leadership and Management provision.
We are looking for someone ideally educated to degree level or holding an equivalent qualification in leadership or management, along with a TAQA Level 3 (or equivalent) and potentially TAQA Level 4. You will have the ability to connect with a diverse range of learners and inspire individuals from all backgrounds to achieve their full potential.
