Alway Primary School is an English-medium school providing education for children aged between 3 and 11 years. Located within the Alway community, the school is an essential part of the local area. With 407 pupils currently on roll, the school is dedicated to delivering high-quality education and support for all pupils. The school also offers a dedicated Learning Resource Base to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

- Ability to teach effectively across Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2.

- Commitment to working in partnership with families and the wider community.
- Promote the Welsh language at every opportunity;
- Be able to build a relationship of mutual respect with the pupils, parents, staff and the Governing Body.
