Job description
Builth Wells Primary is a dual stream primary school for children aged 4-11 years. Some of our children learn primarily through the medium of Welsh and some primarily through English. Although dual stream, we are very much one school and are proud that all our children are encouraged to identify as citizens of Wales and the wider world. Within the school building, we have eight classrooms, four in each stream and host an Area Learning Support Class on behalf of the Local Authority. We also have a Welsh medium pre-school group, Cylch yn yr Ysgol, and a Ti a Fi bilingual parent and toddler
group. Busy Bees After-School and Holiday Club also operates from our school site.

Teaching Assistant (Level 2 Special)

22 hours per week
5.5 hours per day, ideally Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated teaching assistant to support learners at our school. Applicants must be suitably qualified and possess the desired skills and attributes described in the job description.
